Strengths and risks
Points drawn from the offer document and news reports. They are facts to read, not advice.
Strengths
- Sells a range of consumer electronics (LED TVs, air coolers, washing machines, air conditioners) under its own Wiscon brand.
- Consolidated revenue from operations reached about ₹196.9 Cr in FY26 with PAT of about ₹20.4 Cr, helped by the Dalmia Technologies acquisition.
- Owns a LED TV manufacturing subsidiary, and part of the issue will fund new plant and machinery there.
- Uses an offline business customer network plus its own website for consumers.
- Promoter and MD Sidhant Dalmia has about seven years of industry experience.
Risks
- Revenue is concentrated in LED TVs and electric scooters, and a large share comes from a few top customers.
- Heavy reliance on a small group of suppliers.
- Growth is recent and partly acquisition-driven: FY24 and FY25 figures are standalone and tiny, so the FY26 jump is not like-for-like.
- Past and possible future related-party transactions.
