Strengths and risks

Points drawn from the offer document and news reports. They are facts to read, not advice.

Strengths

  • Revenue grew from ₹1,055.71 Cr in FY25 to ₹1,266.82 Cr in FY26 (about 20%), with PAT up from ₹28.67 Cr to ₹30.54 Cr.
  • Four processing plants near appliance and industrial clusters in Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh.
  • Authorised service partner of JSW Steel Coated Products, its main steel supplier.
  • Customers are original equipment and design manufacturers in home appliances, automotive and electrical equipment.

Risks

  • JSW Steel Coated Products supplied between 84.58% and 90.61% of its steel coil purchases across the periods reported.
  • The top ten customers contribute roughly two-thirds or more of revenue.
  • Margins are thin (EBITDA margin roughly 7-8%) and raw material makes up the bulk of costs, so steel price swings matter.
  • Borrowings are high relative to net worth, and ₹125 Cr of the proceeds is meant to repay debt.
  • Home and commercial appliances account for a large share of product sales, so a slowdown there would hit volumes.
